Communications Construction Company Limited (CCCC). Incorporated in 2006, CCCC is listed on the Hong Kong and
Shanghai Stock Exchanges and currently employs over 120,000 employees, with presence in 145 countries and
regions. CCCC is the world leader in port design and construction, road and bridge design and construction,
dredging, container crane and heavy machinery manufacturing. In addition, CCCC is also vastly experienced in
building construction and is a major real estate investor and developer.
For the financial year ending December 2018, CCCC recorded a revenue of US$ 81.7 billion with total assets of

REGULATORY AUTHORITY

The Ministry was established in 2015 with the objective of developing the Western Province of Sri Lanka into a megacity of over 8 million people. It is tasked with the creation and promotion of a Master Plan for the Western Province to establish the region as a business, communication and logistical hub for South Asia. The Ministry is responsible for the planning, monitoring and evaluation of various projects in the Western Province including the provisioning of water, drainage, electricity, health, educational, housing and transport infrastructure.
