Assistant Manager – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and fulfill organizational manpower requirements promptly using effective and cost-efficient methods.
  • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive employee growth, productivity, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and implementing programs to enhance employee morale.
  • Lead and manage payroll to ensure a timely and accurate payroll process.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Conduct orientation programs to familiarize employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Maintain contingencies and backup plans to ensure smooth and seamless processes.
  • Maintain and oversee the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on legal changes and advise management on necessary adjustments.
  • Responsible for the overall HR process.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM or any other related field or Professional Qualification in CIPM.
  • 5+ years of experience is a must and at least 3 years of exposure to high-end recruitment is compulsory.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, and compliance with company policies, along with a solid knowledge and understanding of the business model.
  • Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills, Problem-Solving & Decision-Making
