Account Payable

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all Supplier payments within the agreed upon payment terms including issuing Cheques, electronic transfers for the company and its subsidiary.
  • Handle all the Cash related transaction (Including Petty cash)
  • Liaise with the banks to process payments accurately.
  • Engage with the external parties (eg. Inland Revenue dept.) to handle payment related matters.
  • Maintain payment related summaries to assist external and internal audits.
  • Maintain petty cash summaries.
  • Providing responsive and professional service to internal & External stake holders for query resolution and Issue handling
  • Assist to execute the compliance of the department
  • Assist for internal & external audits
  • Working effectively with colleague with finance department and other department to ensure cohesive financial Management
  • Any task assign by management

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree with Full qualification of AAT or Part qualification of CMA, CA, ACCA,CIMA
    • 3 to 4 years’ experience in simile job role
    • Knowledge in MS Office and Understanding of Financial process
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication in English
